1. General Conditions

• FitForge is a fitness and exercise service operated by Betech Pvt Ltd.
• By using the Services, you agree to these Terms, the General Terms, and the Privacy Policy.
• An agreement is concluded for an indefinite period upon activation of a subscription.
• You may terminate the Agreement at any time by unsubscribing via your account settings.
• You must be at least 17 years old to use the Services.
• Betech Pvt Ltd is not responsible for service interruptions or damages beyond reasonable control.

2. Content & Use

• The Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Betech Pvt Ltd may modify, add, or remove content or features at any time.
• No warranty is provided that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Customers are responsible for their own data usage and connectivity costs.
• All exercise content is provided for informational purposes. Consult a physician before starting any fitness programme.

3. Subscription Fees

• Subscriptions are billed daily via Hutch carrier billing.
• Current pricing: LKR 6 + applicable taxes per day.
• No refunds are available once a daily charge has been processed.
• Betech Pvt Ltd may offer promotional rates or fee waivers at its discretion.

4. How to Subscribe

Subscription is activated by entering your Hutch mobile number on the Premium page, receiving a one-time verification code (OTP) via SMS, and confirming the code. Subscription billing begins immediately upon successful verification.

5. How to Unsubscribe

• Unsubscribe via Profile → Unsubscribe in your account, or visit the Unsubscribe page directly.
• Upon confirmed unsubscription, all account data — including workout plans, logs, favourites, and body metrics — will be permanently deleted.
• No refunds are issued for early termination; access remains active until the end of the current charged period.

6. Third-Party Terms

• Exercise data may be sourced from third-party providers.
• Betech Pvt Ltd is not responsible for third-party functionality or terms.
• Customers should review third-party policies before use.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, and trademarks on FitForge are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to users. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

FitForge provides fitness information for general educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice. Betech Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the platform or reliance on any content therein.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
