How To Perform

Step:1 Sit on a stability ball with your feet flat on the ground and your back straight.

Step:2 Hold a stability ball with both hands and extend your arms straight out in front of you.

Step:3 Slowly lower the stability ball towards your chest, feeling a stretch in your pectoral muscles.
