How To Perform

Step:1 Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.

Step:2 Hold the strap with both hands and place it around the ball of your foot.

Step:3 Keep your leg straight and slowly lean forward from your hips, keeping your back straight.

Step:4 Feel the stretch in your hamstring and calf muscles.

Step:5 Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds.

Step:6 Release the stretch and repeat with the other leg.
